Hyperchain Participates in the 2026 Data Security Development Conference, Advancing Data Infrastructure Collaboration

On May 23, the 2026 Data Security Development Conference, hosted by the Wenzhou Municipal People’s Government, was held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. Hyperchain Technology was invited to attend as a leading enterprise representative and launched its Healthcare Trusted Data Space and Public Data Authorization and Operation Platform at the event.

On the afternoon of May 22, key parallel forums of the conference were held. Shao Yu, Vice President of Hyperchain Technology, participated in the signing of the Data Element “Hundred-City Action” Ecosystem Enterprise Collaboration Initiative and the cooperation agreement for the Data Infrastructure Testing and Evaluation Center (Wenzhou) of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT). 

The Data Element “Hundred-City Action” was initiated by the Wenzhou Data Administration and Wenzhou Data Group. At the forum, the Wenzhou Data Administration also signed strategic cooperation agreements with data authorities from Shihezi, Quanzhou, Nanjing, Taizhou, and other cities. The parties will deepen collaboration in areas such as cross-regional data market connectivity, joint development of data application scenarios, and coordinated data security governance. To date, the initiative has connected 61 cities across China.

The Data Infrastructure Testing and Evaluation Center (Wenzhou) was jointly established by Wenzhou Data Group, CAICT, and the Rui’an Municipal People’s Government. The center provides nationwide testing and certification services for data infrastructure, covering functional completeness, interoperability, and protocol consistency.
